« La Butinerie, an urban shelter for pollinating insects in exile » aims to feed and offer all those flying insects the ideal emergency housing in urban environments, according to their needs and own specificities, and with the help of artificial intelligence.
​
It's also a source of valuable information and a public awareness tool.
Located in the green spaces of Paris, and in the framework of our project, at the Jardin des Plantes, it's mainly intended for municipal communities.

« La Butinerie, une terre d'accueil pour butineuses en exil » se fixe comme principale mission d'accueillir, à l'aide de l'intelligence artificielle, l'ensemble des insectes pollinisateurs, en tenant compte de leurs besoins et de leurs spécificités.
​
Il s'agit d'un mobilier urbain intelligent, à la fois habitat d'urgence optimal (gîte et couvert adaptés aux besoins des insectes identifiés), outil de recensement (des insectes identifiés, et destiné à alimenter les recherches), et outil de sensibilisation auprès de la population.
​
Implanté dans les espaces verts de Paris, et dans le cadre de notre projet, au Jardin des Plantes, il est destiné aux instances municipales.
​

Le Jardin des Plantes, installé dans le 5ème arrondissement de paris, a l'avantage d'être situé à proximité de points d'eau, comme la Seine, d'être préservé, mais aussi de faire l'objet de multiples expérimentations pour préserver la biodiversité, et d'accueillir une école de botanique.
The Jardin des Plantes has the advantage of being located near water sources, such as the Seine, and of being the subject of multiple experiments to maintain biodiversity. It also hosts a botanical garden.
